I do have a disability myself, which is an ill-defined neuromuscular disorder. When I came to Perth in 2001, most of the people I met with disabilities either went to Movies or Bowling, so I decided to start a social group again as I had a group in Darwin with my school friends.
It really is a group of people going places. We started with 3 friends. Now we have 21 people. I plan the programs and always try to find places that we haven't been to before or try to keep it as interesting as possible. Organise the transport and fund raising. It keeps me busy.
